Refund & cancellation

[ Last updated 21 September 2026 ]

[ In one line ]

Every event has its own refund schedule, shown on its page. Cancel early and more comes back; close to the day, nothing does.

Each event's refund schedule

We plan each event around the number of tickets sold, so how much you get back depends on how far ahead you cancel. Every event page has a Refunds section listing its schedule — for example: 7 or more days before the start, 100% back; 4–6 days before, 30% back; under 4 days, no refund. The schedule on the event page at the time you cancel is the one that applies.

Days are counted from the moment you cancel to the event's start time. The percentage applies to the ticket and add-on amount you paid; any convenience fee isn't refunded. Amounts are rounded down to the rupee.

How to cancel

Open My Passes, find the booking under Your bookings, and tap Cancel. You see the exact amount before you confirm. The refund starts immediately.

Cancelling cancels the whole booking — your pass and every guest pass bought with it, including ones a friend has already claimed. We email you, and anyone who claimed a guest pass, to confirm.

A booking can't be cancelled online once any pass on it has been scanned, after the event starts, or inside the no-refund window. If something unusual has happened, write to us — see below.

Sold out after you paid

Tickets are issued in the order payments confirm. If yours lands seconds after the last spot goes, no ticket is issued and the full amount is refunded automatically — you don't have to ask. It goes back to the card, UPI ID or account you paid from, usually within 5–7 working days. We email you when it starts.

If we cancel

If we cancel an event outright, you get a full refund of the ticket and any add-ons to your original payment method, within 7 working days of the announcement.

If we reschedule, your ticket stays valid for the new date and nothing needs doing. If the new date doesn't work for you, write to us within 7 days of the announcement and we'll refund you in full.

Transfers

You can pass your ticket to someone else with a verified profile on this site, as long as they meet the event's entry rules — some events are limited by gender or minimum age. Email us from your registered address with the event and the username it should go to. We'll move it and reissue the QR; the old one stops working.

Transfers close 24 hours before doors open.

Entry refused

No refund is due if entry is refused because of the event's stated rules — wrong or missing ID, an age or gender restriction, arriving after doors close, or behaviour the venue or our team judges unsafe.

How refunds reach you

Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method only — we can't send them anywhere else. Your bank usually takes 5–7 working days after we initiate it. The Razorpay payment reference is in your confirmation email if your bank asks for it.

Delivery of tickets

Tickets are digital. Your entry QR appears in your profile and is emailed to you as soon as payment confirms — normally within a minute. Nothing is posted to you. If the email hasn't arrived, the QR in your profile is the ticket.
